The companies GESEME 1996 S.L., GESEME MÉDICOS S.L., and GESEME ASISTENCIAL S.L. (hereinafter GESEME) have implemented an “internal channel” of communication for anyone who wishes to report or disclose any action that may have breached the scope of application of Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and anti-corruption efforts, specifically within the framework of corporate criminal liability (legal persons).

Once you correctly complete the form, you will receive a “code/tracking number” to follow up on the status of your report. You can check the status of your report by entering the “code/tracking number” you received upon completing the form.

Additionally, the law establishes the creation of an external information channel and the appointment of an Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection. Any individual can report to this Authority or to the relevant regional authorities or autonomous bodies regarding any action or omission covered by this law. In GESEME’s case, the competent authority is the “Catalan Anti-Fraud Office.”
Finally, in alignment with this regulatory compliance, GESEME has also established a “Criminal Risk Prevention Plan,” and this “internal channel” can be used to report any offense or infraction related to those included in Article 31 bis of the Spanish Criminal Code.

Geseme 1996 S.L. and Prevent-Event S.L.U. have approved their merger, whereby Geseme 1996 S.L. absorbs Prevent-Event S.L.U., integrating its business and structure into a single company.
