Detection and management of psychosocial risks in the workplace
Psychosocial risks—such as excessive workload, conflicts, lack of control or organisational imbalances—have a direct impact on the psychological and physical well-being of workers. Identifying them early helps prevent burnout, absenteeism and a deterioration in the working environment.
Technical intervention + awareness raising
We develop a process that combines psychosocial diagnosis, specific team training and action plans with practical measures to reduce risk factors.

The concept of psychosocial factors refers to those conditions that are present in a work situation and are directly related to the organisation, the content of the work and the performance of the task, and which have the capacity to affect both the well-being or health (physical, mental or social) of the worker and the performance of the work.
Psychosocial factors can cause physical, mental or behavioural damage to workers health, but they can also have a positive influence on satisfaction and, therefore, on performance.
